Conduco Corporate Search addresses these issues by providing a comprehensive solution that includes a phone and web based application. The solution is highly flexible and facilitates effective employee communication.
The phone and browser based applications interface with an LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) data source such as Microsoft Active Directory to retrieve user information such as contact numbers and “White Page” information such as job title and location.
The phone based application integrates with CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) to provide a corporate directory application on Cisco IP phones. The browser based application has an intuitive search facility and integrates with Microsoft OCS (Office Communications Server) to provide presence information. Furthermore, the application integrates with CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) to provide Click-to-Call functionality to automatically initiate your desk phone to make a call.
